Return Eligibility

How to Start a Return
- Email support@autonexa.com with your order number.
- Include the item name, reason for return, and photos if damaged.
- Our team will send return instructions and approval details.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing usually takes 5-10 business days after inspection.
- Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the error is ours.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can prioritize a replacement or refund.
Keep all packaging materials until your case is resolved.
